it is essential...

The American Red Cross recommends that at least one person in every household and place of business receive this CPR training.

Every year, around half a million people experience cardiac arrests. When someone's breathing or heart stops, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) can make a life-saving difference. It's not just for medical professionals and emergency responders. In fact, when bystanders step in, CPR can double or even triple a person's chance of survival. The American Red Cross offers safe, effective, and confidence-building training so you can be ready for those crucial moments.
